Annual Reflection: From Dragon's Roar to Snake's Wisdom

🏮As we approach the Chinese New Year, I take this opportunity to reflect on the dynamic Year of the Dragon 2024. 🐉 

This year has been filled with unexpected events in health and my personal life - that has taught me invaluable lessons about resilience and the vital role of holistic health in productivity as a working mom.

"Working smarter, not just harder." 

🙏 Heartfelt thanks to my family, friends, partners, and clients who have placed their trust in me throughout this journey. 

I’m grateful to have Ray Yuen joining me in this new phase of The Cultural Programs (TCP). Together, we leverage our backgrounds in the entertainment and media industry to enhance team communication in this transformative AI era. 🔥

Some highlights:

📌 Launched communication programs for corporate clients in Hong Kong and mainland China, receiving positive feedback. We will continue our mission for cross-cultural communication, media influence, and team collaboration workshops.

📌 Co-created an inter-disciplinary program with CFO mentor Honnus Cheung, blending data storytelling with team collaboration skills. We aim to expand this program to assist more finance teams in developing both hard and soft skills.

📌 Achieved unprecedented enrolment in digital media workshops for senior civil servants in Hong Kong and two other mainland cities - enhancing public service and community connections.

📌 Established a partnership with Playbook to enhance our presence in Shanghai, allowing us to leverage their expertise and local insights to better serve our clients.

📌 Reconnected with friends in the entertainment industry to develop innovative and sustainable learning programs aimed at supporting youth practitioners in HK/GBA.

As a coach-facilitator, I had the privilege of working with Turningpoint Leadership and Michael Bertrand, delivering a leadership program for two cohorts of senior leaders. This experience allowed me to witness the transformative power of coaching.

(**Not everything was rosy as the above - there were plenty of business challenges and personal setbacks too, like trying to keep my plants & kitten alive while juggling work and family... 😵‍💫 !**)

👀Looking ahead to 2025, we will continue to enhance what we’ve laid out in 2024. We will produce more video content from our studio on cross-cultural communication, media influence, AI leadership edge, and  TeamAnalytics. Stay tuned! ▶️
